2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can water dash pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. In large pot, cook spiral pasta as directed on the package and drain will. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
