  • 2 (10 or 12.5 oz.) cans chunk turkey in water, drained 

  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion 

  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper 

  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 

  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 

  • 1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese 

  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives 

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans whole button mushrooms 

  • 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered 

  • 1/2 cup low fat italian dressing 

  • shredded parmesan cheese
