1 prepared pizza crust (12-inch), preferable thin crust
1/3 cup smoky barbecue sauce
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
