  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 

  • 2 tbsp. lime juice 

  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh gingerroot 

  • 1 tsp. finely grated lime zest 

  • 1/2 tsp. salt 

  • 1 (12 oz.) bag broccoli slaw mix 

  • 1 (10 oz.) cans chicken in water, drained 

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 

  • 6 10" flour tortillas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 

  • 2 tbsp. lime juice 

  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh gingerroot

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir together mayonnaise, lime juice, ginger, lime zest and salt; toss with broccoli slaw mix. Spoon chicken tossed in teriyaki sauce along center of each tortilla, leaving small border at each end; top with 1/3 cup of the broccoli slaw. Fold up bottom of tortillas over the filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half diagonally. Serve with remaining slaw. Tip: Add some julienned apple to the slaw if desired.
