2 eggs
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 (10 oz.) can chicken in water, drained and shredded
3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp. canola oil (approx.)
mashed potatoes and prepared gravy, for serving

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook patties, in batches if necessary, for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated through, adding more oil as needed. Serve with mashed potatoes and prepared gravy. Tip: Serve with a green salad instead of mashed potatoes if desired.
