1/2 cup prepared asian sesame dressing
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 red pepper, chopped
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz.) can chicken in water, drained
3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Stir in broccoli, pineapple, red pepper and onion. Stir in chicken tossed in sweet chili sauce and cilantro (if using). Tip: substitute frozen edamame for peas if desired.
