INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz. bow-tie pasta 

  • 1 cup frozen peas 

  • 1/2 cup prepared asian sesame dressing 

  • 2 cups small broccoli florets 

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple 

  • 1 red pepper, chopped 

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 

  • 1 (10 oz.) can chicken in water, drained 

  • 3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce

  •  2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during the last minute of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process; toss pasta with sesame dressing. Stir in broccoli, pineapple, red pepper and onion. Stir in chicken tossed in sweet chili sauce and cilantro (if using). Tip: substitute frozen edamame for peas if desired.
