1/2 cup Corn or Canola Oil
1 (12 oz./340g) cans Roast Beef and Broth, drained
1/2 head Lettuce or Cabbage, shredded
1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
1 Tomato, diced
2 cups Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
1 cup Salsa

1 cup Salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat beef in a microwave safe dish on high for 1 minute or until warm. Place one to two tablespoons of beef inside each tortilla shell. Add shredded lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Top with cheese . Repeat for all tortillas. Serve immediately.
