  • 6 (5 oz./142g.) cans diced ham in water 

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped 

  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped 

  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped 

  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 

  • 1/2 cup motzerella cheese, cubed 

  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives 

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans whole button mushrooms 

  • 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered 

  • 1/2 cup low fat italian dressing
