INGREDIENTS

½ cup chicken broth

3 tablespoon brown sugar

3 tablespoon regular soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon minced ginger

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 


2 ½ pounds Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Wings

Sliced green onions, for garnish

INGREDIENTS

½ cup chicken broth

3 tablespoon brown sugar

3 tablespoon regular soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon minced ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the sauce:

In a small saucepan, whisk together the first ten ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until sauce thickens, about 8-10 minutes. 


Prepare the wings:

Heat wings according to package instructions. Carefully remove hot wings to a large bowl and pour warm sauce over wings. Toss wings in sauce until fully coated. Transfer wings to platter, garnish with green onion slices, and serve. 


*Cook chicken until heated to a minimum of 165 degrees farenheit internal temperature (or as dictated by state or local codes) as verified by a calibrated thermometer.
