  • 1 cup black beans 

  • 1 cup corn 

  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped 

  • 1 tomato, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion 

  • 1 (10 oz.) can chicken in water, drained 

  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (minced) 

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

  • 1 cup corn tortilla chips, crushed into bite-size pieces
