  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard 

  • 1/2 cup light sour cream 

  • 1/4 cup light mauonnaise 

  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 

  • 1 (10 or 12.5 oz.) cans chicken in water, drained 

  • 3/5 cup celery, finely chopped 

  • 1 cup green seedles graped, chopped 

  • salt and pepper to taste 

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans 4

  • 8 frozen fillo cups, thawed
