INGREDIENTS
2 (10 or 12.5 oz.) cans chunk chicken in water, drained
1 cup diced celery
2 medium apple, chopped
2 cup pineapple chunks
4 tbsp. plump raisens
4 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
10 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine chicken, celery, apple, pineapple, raisins and 2/3 of the sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour mayonnaise over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Tip: May be served in hollowed out pineapple.
