INGREDIENTS

  • 20 jalapenos 

  • 1 (10oz.) can chicken in water, drained & shredded 

  • 1/4 cup your preferred buffalo sauce 

  • 1 (8 oz.) package creame cheese, softened 

  • 5 slices bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Boil 1 quart of water. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Remove stems, ribs, and seeds. Place in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Shred chicken if in chunk form. Blend chicken in buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Stuff jalapenos with cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. While baking , cut bacon in half and fry to cook. Top stuffed jalapenos with a piece of cooked bacon and serve.
