INGREDIENTS

  • 12 cups romaince lettuce 

  • 1/2 cup bottled buttermilk dressing 

  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped 

  • 1/2 cup finely crumbled blue cheese 

  • 1 1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes 

  • 1 (10 or 12.5 oz. ) can chicken in water, drained and shredded

  • 1 1/4 cup your preferred buffalo sauce 

  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled 

  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion 

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss romaine lettuce with dressing; arrange on large serving platter. Top with rows of avocado, blue cheese, tomatoes, chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, bacon, red onion and cucumber. Serve immediately.
