2 tbsp. margarine
3 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 cup shredded american cheese
1 (10 or 12.5 oz.) can chunk turkey in water

Blend flour into 1 cup milk then add with remaining milk and seasoning to vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chowder boils and thickens. Add cheese and turkey. Heat until cheese is melted.
