  • 3 cups milk, divided 

  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 

  • 1/4 cup flour 

  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder 

  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed 

  • 1 cup shredded american cheese 

  • 3 (5 oz.) cans diced ham
