  • 2 tsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped 

  • 1 Red Pepper, finely chopped 

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 

  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper 

  • 1 (12 0z.) can Roast Beed in Beef Broth, drained

  • 2 tbsp. Prepared Italian dressing 

  • 1/3 Cup herbed Cream Cheese 

  • 1 1/2 cups Arugula 18 Whole Wheat Mini Pitas
