Position Summary This position will be responsible for issuing parts and PPE materials to employees. They will maintain the supply room, keeping traffic to a minimum. This role will unload and sort supply parts as they come in. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless flow of materials for various departments. Position Responsibilities Record transactions at supply and maintenance windows Stock items as they come in Cycle count inventory as needed Inspect incoming supplies for quality and report any issues to ensure compliance with organizational standards Any other duties assigned Essential Skills and Experience High School Diploma/GED Computer experience required No parts room experience needed; entry level position Must have positive attitude and work well with others from various backgrounds Must be willing to work different shifts if needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend and climb Must be able to withstand cool temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience Familiarity with supply procedures is a plus Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety protocols related to handling and storing supplies   Positions reporting to this person None
