Position Summary Employee keeps reconciliation of inventories and transactions in all pallet programs including Crider systems and Pallet portals. Employee will help with clerical duties as needed in the supply chain areas.     Position Responsibilities Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectation.  Researches, evaluates, and analyzes pallets programs inventories and notifies internal and external stakeholders of variance. Using the systems to keep inventory accurate and making sure physical inventories are done every month or more frequently if needed to ensure accuracy internally and with the vendors portals.  The daily reconciliation of pallets accounts. The daily investigation into unreconciled items. The supply of certain financial information and inventory levels to internal customers. The periodic completion of specific reconciliations within agreed timescales. The monthly processing of physical inventories and reporting to the portals if needed. The reporting of monthly and YTD inventory reconciliation. Communicate with internal and external customers in any transaction that needs clarification in a timely manner. Keep designated areas clean. Obey company safety rules and company policies. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.   Essential Skills and Experience Must have six months consecutive months work experience in a production or manufacturing High school diploma or GED. Advanced Excel skills will be utilized, and intense analytical skills are required. Demonstrate ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision. Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization and outside vendors.   Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience Computer/PC skills, particularly terminal data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet skills  Knowledge of the Pallet programs (Chep, IGPS, PECO) portal is a desired but not required.  Must be able to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and really detail oriented.     Positions reporting to this person None   Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to bend regularly and lift up to 40 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, must be available to work weekends and overtime. Must pass a drug screen.    Compensation and Location Pay Rate: $19.55 Location: On-site at Crider Foods
