To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality 

General Purpose 

This position makes sure that the line is setup for product that is being processed and keeps floor and product from accumulating on floors. Role Qualifications Must be able to follow directions and perform manual labor. Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Position Responsibilities Crider Foods requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation Employee must keep the area and floor clean and line setup for processing. Following health and safety standards. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Assembling products and parts. Following production guidelines and specifications. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Perform other duties as assigned.
