INGREDIENTS

4 ounces sour cream 

1/4 cup mayonnaise 

4 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix 

¼ cup drained and chopped dill pickles  

1 tablespoon dill pickle juice 

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill  

8 Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Tenders  

4 ciabatta rolls, or other sandwich rolls 

4 cooked bacon strips (optional) 

Tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the ranch-pickle spread: In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, chopped pickles, pickle juice, and dill to combine. Cover and chill while preparing chicken tenders.  


Assemble: Heat chicken tenders according to package instructions*. When chicken is heated through, slather the ranch-pickle spread on the buns and fill with the chicken and your choice of bacon, tomato, red onion, and lettuce.


*Cook chicken until heated to a minimum of 165 degrees farenheit  internal temperature (or as dictated by state or local codes) as verified by a calibrated thermometer.
